Eye Candy does not require you to be licensed before taking our Lash Training Course. We provide the educational content for lash extension techniques and teach the art of flawless lash application. If you choose to further your career as a stylist you must follow the guidelines provided by the State for licensure. All deposits and payments made for our training courses are non refundable.
