Appointment Deposit
To secure your first appointment, a $40 deposit is required.
Deposits can be made by calling our salon 941-217-9269 or online on our website!
This deposit:
• Reserves your time slot
• Is applied toward your service
• Helps us minimize no-shows and last-minute cancellations
Cancellation Policy for Deposits:
• 48+ hours’ notice: Deposit will be held for a future visit
• Less than 48 hours’ notice: Deposit is non-refundable
How to Pay:
You can make your deposit online booking or by calling the studio to provide your card information (100% secure).
Customer Satisfaction
We want you to love your lashes!
If you’re not fully satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment for a complimentary fix.

Cancellation Policy
To respect everyone’s time, we ask that you notify us of any changes as soon as possible.
• Late Arrivals:
Arriving more than 20 minutes late may shorten your service time. The appointment will still be charged in full.
• Reschedules/Cancellations:
• 48+ hours’ notice: No fee
• Less than 24 hours’ notice: $40 cancellation fee
• No-Call, No-Show:
You will be charged 50% of the service fee
Children Policy
We love kids, however to ensure a safe and relaxing environment, we kindly ask that you do not bring children who require supervision to your appointment

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services:
• We do not offer refunds on lash services
• If you’re not satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours
• Retail items are final sale, unless unopened — in which case, they may be returned for store credit or exchange

Allergic Reactions
Although rare, allergic reactions to lash extensions can occur and are unpredictable.
• We do not offer refunds for allergic reactions
• We’ll offer a lash removal if allergic reactions occurs
