We require a $40 deposit to book your first appointment

Deposit can not be refunded if you wish to cancel your appointment, kindly give us at least 24 hours notice and your deposit will be kept for a future appointment with us.
You can do the deposit through VENMO, ZELLE or calling our studio , we’ll take your information about your credit or debit card (this transaction is 100% safe)

Customer satisfaction is the most important thing to us! We want you to absolutely adore your lashes and your experience with each and every technician at Eye Candy . If for any reason you are unhappy with the results or anything at all, please contact us within 3 days so we assist with a complimentary fix.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive 20 mins after your scheduled time we most likely we will not be able to extend your appointment time. Appointment will be charged at full value. We understand that last minute emergencies occur and will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this is not always possible. Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. We require 24 hours notice for no fee cancelations. Rescheduling/Cancellations less than 24 hours from appointment time will be charged a non-refundable cancellation fee, either to the credit card on file or added to your next appointment. Appointments will be charged $40 service fee if the appointment is canceled with less then 24 hours notice. No Call No Show will be charged 100% of missed appointment
Please turn your mobile phone to silent or vibrate while your visit. We want your experience to be relaxing as well as the other clients. Your eyes will be closed the entire time and you will not be able to answer the phone or text.
Eye Candy offers a relaxing environment for clients and staff. Please do not bring children that need to be watched or supervised. This policy is for the safety of your children, our artists and our clients as you are not able to attend to your children during your appointment.
Because lash extensions require such gentle and maintenance requirements, we are unable to guarantee your lashes if the aftercare is not done properly, this applies to all services. We are unable to offer refunds on any services we have already executed. If you are unhappy with a service, please contact us within 24 hours. All retail product purchases are final sale. We offer the option to exchange or receive a store credit on unopened items.
Any reactions to eyelash extensions is not foreseeable by Eye Candy’s skilled & trained staff (or even by you). All care is taken to ensure your safety. We will go over your intake form with you and any contraindications, such as an allergies. No refunds will be issued for reactions, however, Eye Candy will offer a Free Lash Removal should this unfortunate event occur. We kindly ask that you contact Eye Candy immediately if you become aware of any type of irritation so we may assist you as quickly as possible.
